KIMCHI KETIMUN MOM 'K2' instructions
- Siapkan semua bahan dan alat untuk membuat kimchi.
- Cuci bersih ketimun dan belah seperti gurita dan susun dalam wadah.
- Rebus air dan garam sampai mendidih lalu tuang di dalam wadah ketimun, rendam selama 20 menit.
- Sambil menunggu haluskan bumbunya (bawang putih, bawang bombai, terasi, gula pasir, kecap ikan, minyak wijen dan perasan lemon/jeruk nipis).
- Setelah 20 menit angkat dan tiriskan timun sampai tiris dengan sempurna.
- Lalu buka satu persatu ketimun tuang sedikit bumbunya sambil diremas sedikit agar ketimun dapat mengatup, lalu atur dalam wadah tertutup kemudian sisa bumbunya tuang dari atas.
- TARA, Kimchi Mom 'K2' siap dinikmati, tapi lebih nikmat jika disimpan dahulu di kulkas sehingga bumbunya menyerap sampai dalam (bisa bertahan sampai 4 hari).
