Bento kimbap. Today I make my son's favorite kimbap. I also thought I'd share an easy and delicious back to school idea. As many of you guys know, Koreans always go to convenient store for everything.

Exotic Sea Beans and teriyaki seitan makes the kimbap seem kind of normal! Packed in my lovely Japanese field-worker's bento, happily the perfect size for a hot weather appetite. Gimbap (or kimbap) is the most popular on-the-go meal in Korea! You can cook Bento kimbap using 14 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Bento kimbap

1. It's kaleng of Tuna.
2. Prepare of Wortel iris memanjang.
3. Prepare of Timun iris memanjang.
4. It's of Bayam.
5. Prepare of Telur dadar iris memanjang.
6. You need of Cuka.
7. Prepare of Garam.
8. It's of Minyak wijen.
9. You need of Bahan nasi.
10. Prepare 2 of centong nasi.
11. It's 1 sdt of garam.
12. Prepare 1 sdm of minyak wijen.
13. Prepare of Bahan penggulung.
14. It's of Nori lembaran.

Bento kimbap step by step

1. Taruh wortel dan timun yg sudah diiris memanjang di baskom beri garam dan cuka sedikit. Diamkan sebentar kira2 10-15 menit..
2. Tumis wortel di wajan sebentar. Sisihkan. Untuk timun tiriskan airnya..
3. Rebus bayam di air mendidih selama 30dtk lalu celupkan di air dingin. Keringkan airnya. Beri sedikit minyak wijen dan sejimpit garam..
4. Tumis tuna kaleng di wajan sebentar, sisihkan..
5. Campur seluruh bahan nasi..
6. Tata nori, sayur, telur dadar dan tuna di matt penggulung sushi. Nasi nya boleh diisi hingga hampir penuh biar lengket. Lalu gulung perlahan sambil ditekan2 agar padat..
7. Potong kimbap dengan pisau yg tajam. Beri air dan lap tisue setiap memotong agar tidak lengket..
