Vietnamese Banh Mi Wheat Bread step by step
- Campurkan 4 bahan pertama, tp aduk tepung+gula+ragi dulu, baru aduk semua dgn garamnya, (krn garam bs matiin ragi) lalu tuang air perlahan sambil diaduk.
- Uleni sebentar, bisa pakai tangan atau mixer (saya pakai tangan saja), bulatkan dan simpan di wadah yg sdh diolesi butter/minyak, tutup pakai serbet/plastik, diamkan hingga kurang lebih sejam sampai double size (sesuaikan suhu ruang/dapur masing2)..
- Bagi 4 adonan, dan buat segitiga memanjang pakai tangan saja sesuai gbr lalu gulung dari bagian kecil ke bagian besar, cubit2 sambungannya agar adonan menyatu. Tata di loyang yg sdh dioles kertas roti/dioles minyak atau butter..
- Tutup lg dgn serbet/plastik, diamkan lagi 30 menit sampai sejam (sekali lg sesuaikan suhu ruang/dapur masing2).
- Masukkan wadah berisi air ke dlm oven dibagian bawah (gbr no.6) kemudian panaskan oven, sambil menunggu oven dipanaskan, semprot dgn air (saya tdk punya semprotan air jd pakai kuas😅) tp airnya jgn kebanyakan ya.. emang di semprot lebih merata sih, lalu beri biji wijen jika suka atau bs diganti yg lain tp polos aja sdh enak, lalu belah bagian atas menggunakan pisau tajam/silet..
- Panggang dgn suhu 230 derajat selama 20 menit (sesuaikan oven masing2 ya). Setelah matang, dinginkan terlebih dahulu, baru kemudian belah memanjang dan isi apa saja sesuai kesukaan. Saya biasanya dioles mayo/mustard bagian dalam, kemudian tumpuk2 daun selada+tomat slice+smoke beef+keju slice+daun ketumbar, atau bisa pakai bahan apa saja yg ada dirumah, mirip isian sandwich atau burger ya bund 😁.
