  1. You need 1/2 of dada ayam fillet potong dady.
  2. You need 1 bungkus of jamur enoki.
  3. Prepare 1 siung of daun bawang.
  4. You need of bawang putih 1 siung cincang halus.
  5. You need 2 of cabai merah keriting.
  6. It's 1 of cabai hijau.
  7. Prepare 1 sdm of kaldu jamur.
  8. You need 1/2 sdt of garam himalayan.
  9. You need 1/2 sdt of bawang putih bubuk.
  10. Prepare 300 ml of air putih matang.
  11. Prepare 1 of tahu putih / tahu telur.
  12. It's 1/2 sdt of minyak olive oil.
  13. It's 200 gr of kimchi siap saji.

Kimchi jigae sehat step by step

  1. Bersihkan ayam lalu potong dadu setelah itu taburi bawang putih bubuk agar amisnya hilang diamkan 10 menit.
  2. Untuk air kaldu, campur air matang dan kaldu jamur aduk rata.
  3. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum lalu masukkan ayam aduk sampai setengah matang 1-2 menit.
  4. Masukkan kimchi yang telah dipotong,jamur enoki,garam,cabai merah dan hijau lalu masukkan air kaldu diamkan sampai matang sekitar 3-5 menit.
  5. Jika sudah matang masukkan daun bawang jangan lupa dirasakam bila ada yg kurang.
