  6. Masukan wortel,aduk rata. Terakhir masukan sawi, aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur merata.
  7. Simpan di wadah bersih dan kering..tutup rapat,biarkan di suhu ruang selama 6jam, lalu simpan di kulkas..
  8. Kimchi bisa langsung dinikmati setelah pembuatan. Tapi lbh segar bila dinikmati setelah dismpan di kulkas trlebih dahulu..
